With 20 years of experience, Brooke operates at the intersection of business strategy and people operations. She brings a strong background in senior in-house HR and large-scale transformation roles across the financial services, professional services, and retail sectors, including tenures at Westpac, PwC, and Woolworths Group. Having guided leadership teams through complex structural change, she has developed the seasoned perspective needed to cut through complexity, make confident decisions, and sustain business momentum.
Brooke’s approach is grounded in root-cause problem solving and a focus on delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes. At Profile, she provides flexible executive leadership across talent management, performance, leadership development, reward, and culture. She ensures organisational structures are built to scale effectively while acting as a trusted, objective sounding board for senior leaders.
