With 16 years of industry experience, including the past 7 years at Profile, I have developed a strong passion for supporting clients through the claims process. What I enjoy most about my role is helping clients navigate what can often be a challenging time, providing guidance and support from start to finish, and achieving positive outcomes when they need it most.
Outside of work, I am heavily involved in the local soccer community, where I enjoy both managing a soccer club and playing soccer. These roles allow me to stay active, build strong relationships, and contribute to the development of the sport at a grassroots level.
